Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

If the product is received damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing proof.

Advance payment made for order confirmation is non-refundable.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
